No hidden fees .Any other taxes and VAT charged for international sales is due

Return/Refund

For sanitary & hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on makeup products
Return accepted only if: is defective, wrong item sent or doesn’t correspond with our description
Those products must be returned in the same condition as you have received

In case of return (from our fault)-if you have previously used a coupon or a discount those can not be used again,and you also need to return the gift.In case of exchange  you need to return the products only ,you can keep the gift.

Postage
We are using standard class delivery 2-3 working days for U.K,5-8 working days for Europe and 6-10 working days rest of the world .We have restricted  some countries due the unsatisfactory method of payment and unsecure transaction to avoid scam.We ship to all countries from Europe,to USA,Canada,Australia and U.K. If your country is not on the list it means we cant ship goods to that destination..
Please Note -Due the airmail policy nail polish & perfumes & spray can not be ship internationally (our location is in UK).Those are considered dangerous products with high risk of flammability. Orders will be cancelled unfortunately, apologises for the inconvenience.
